PROFLEX™ TP-S Series is a pre-formulated and pelletized general-purpose thermoplastic elastomer compound based on styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) block copolymer.

It is designed for injection molding of translucent, clean, food contact, and medical device applications. It is also able to over-mold with hard olefin thermoplastics such as PP, PE resins for soft-touch elastomer components. This material exhibits excellent flow properties and offers molded articles with improved surface finish and excellent rubbery feeling.

It also has wide service temperature range (-40℃ to 95℃). It is suitable for soft parts exposed to sub-zero temperature because of its excellent low temperature brittleness.

Being a thermoplastic elastomer, PROFLEX™ TP-S Series can be easily processed with general processing equipment and tools designed for thermoplastics and yet possess elastomeric properties at ambient temperatures.
