PROFLEX™ CH-E Series is a pre-formulated and pelletized general-purpose thermoplastic elastomer compound based on Styrenic Block Copolymer (SBC).

PROFLEX™ CH-E Series is designed for the wire and cable applications and may also be used in place of thermoset rubber. As the compound is based on polycarbon polymers, general PROFLEX™ product is flammable. With adequate amounts of flame retardant, increasing degree of flame resistance can be built into these materials. PROFLEX™ Thermoplastic Elastomer grades are extremely versatile and yield products with a wide variety of properties to suit particular wire requirements.

Being a thermoplastic elastomer, PROFLEX™ CH-E Series can be easily processed with general extruders and tools designed for thermoplastics. It can meet the standard of flammability test of UL-94 V0 and is also able to comply with ROHS requirements and it is halogen-free.
